Overview:
Choose 10 movements from this table and complete them in 60 minutes.

Each entrant must do all four movements, at least one movement from the other categories, and up to three others. That means members who like to lift heavy stuff, can do four weighted movements and only one bodyweight and one work. Similarly, for people who like to do bodyweight sports, they can do four bodyweight movements and one weighted and one work option. Only one core option can be chosen.
Then, compare your score against other entrants at BPM Fitness, as well as the NZ Army, US Marine Corp, and CrossFit Seattle fitness standards.
Awards
There will be awards for the highest placed male and female for the 10/60 Fitness Challenge. All you have to do is book in a time at BPM Fitness with one of our staff to assess you through the movements. This is free for BPM Fitness members.

10/60 Fast Track program
If you are serious about making improvements, sign up to the 10/60 Fast Track program.
For just $80.00, choose a BPM trainer to work with you for eight weeks until your re-test. Your trainer will help you develop a program to work on improving your general physical fitness. Get this. The trainers are in the competition too. Awards will be given to the trainer of the most improved male and female client. That means the trainer wants you to improve as much as you do! For $80.00 you can expect a program, and two 30 minute follow up sessions with your trainer.

- Come on in to BPM Fitness
- Entry is free to BPM members
- Grab a copy of the standards and rules from reception
- Make an appointment with one of our trainers to sit your 10/60 Fitness Test.
To register for the 10/60 Fast Track program:
- Complete the 10/60 challenge
- Choose a trainer you want to work with
- Pay $80.00 at reception
- Work with your trainer to design a kick ass training program, do the training, and then kick ass!
